"Richie and Jessica came in and got the job done! I screwed up and cleaned heavily trafficked carpet in a house while getting ready to put it on the market. All I did was make the dog hair mad. It looked clean and decent but the rental vac lacked the power (vacuumed about 5 times and wet shampooed twice) to get the hair out of the carpet. The carpet looked really clean but the house started to smell like wet dog. Its gross, but Richie and Jessica came in and pulled up about 6 grocery snacks worth of dog hair that was trapped within carpet fibers that the vaccuum and rental vac didn't get. Wet dog smell gone. They saved my day in a time of need. Many thanks to them, and I definitely recommend!"

"My carpets look so good! Mike is very professional, courteous, and personable. I was planning on getting new carpet installed, but after Mike cleaned them they look brand new.
