"Mike was responsive, well educated on each product, and did everything in a quick and timely manor. My dog had an accident on our cowhide rug that I, myself couldn’t get out so I called carpet master when researching who to go to. I got the cowhide rug back today and it looked and felt brand new. Not only did he come and pick it up but he brought it back and then cleaned our area rug same day. The rug smelled amazing and was back to the original white color. I will be calling them to clean our carpets next. If you’re looking for someone who gets the job done right(very reasonably priced) and in great timing look no further."
