"I rarely take the time to write reviews although I do read them when choosing a service company. I stumbled on Carpetmaster through Google and was impressed with the reviews. From start to finish, I dealt with professionals who were very knowledgeable in their line of work. We knew we were in good hands when I spoke with Richie and Jessica. They are a dynamic husband and wife team that totally put my college aged daughter at ease when cleaning her flooring in her apartment. Richie and Jessica took the time to explain to both my daughter and I their findings. We found the price very reasonable considering they found pet urine and a lot of pet hair remaining in the fibers. My daughter is thrilled with how clean and fresh her place smells and it makes this mama bear very happy! I can’t thank you enough, Ritchie and Jessica!"

"I used Carpet Master about 3 years ago and I was lucky enough to have Richie and Jessica work for us. They did a great job then so I asked for them again. Same thing.
