Mike was very responsive and communicative in listening to our needs and scheduling our day and Richie and Jessica did an amazing job with our carpet. They explained everything they were doing, were really quick and efficient, and so friendly with us and our pets! We would definitely use them again and would recommended them to anyone who wanted their carpets cleaned."
